Listen to Maadi’s words for would-be actors

In his acceptance speech at Stockholm fest, world-renowned Iranian actor Peyman Maadi shares his advice for young people aspiring to be actors.

Lauded as an “actor with universal appeal with world-class performances” in the 2019 Stockholm Achievement Award for his performance on ‘Just 6.5’ (formerly known as '6.5 per Meter').

The actor in Farhadi’s Oscar-winning ‘A Separation’ said during his acceptance, “To all those generations who wants to become an actor or actress, I’d just like to say be brave, don’t give up, try hard, nothing can stop you if you have anything to say in your life.”

The Iranian actor was awarded with the 2019 Stockholm Achievement Award for his unique quality. He accepted the Bronze Horse and participate in a Face2Face at the screening of 'Just 6.5' directed by Saeed Roustaees.

The Stockholm Lifetime Achievement Award is presented to an individual in honor and acknowledgement of their contribution to the world of film.
